The capitalization above is as the original. Note the appearance three times of the code word 'fragile' (misspelled once). Also, there are two occurrences of the word pair 'fragile revolt'. Also note two occurrences of the code word 'elegant'.

Possibly the solution to this cryptogram lies in a single word substitution code, rather than a commercial phrase cipher.
